Send me a DM on Instagram or email me at hi9branding@gmail.com, and I’ll send you an invoice so you can make the payment. Once payment is received, we can get started right away.

You can send requests through Google Docs, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any platform that’s easiest for you to use.

Yes - you can submit as many requests as you like, and I’ll work through them one at a time.

Revisions are unlimited until you’re happy with the final result.
How fast will I get my design?

Most one-sided design requests are delivered within 24 - 48 hours, with some completed in as little as 3 - 4 hours. Two-sided or more complex designs may require additional time depending on the project scope.
What software do you use?

I use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and other tools depending on the project.

Refunds are available within the first 7 days. If requested, 75% of the monthly subscription fee will be refunded. Refunds are not accepted after 7 days.

Most designs will be created by me, Tim. Some projects may also be handled by a team member, depending on the workload.
